Crystal BOHEMIA a.s. became the owner of the glassworks on April 29, 2009 and, on October 21 of the same year, restarted the plant after more than 12 months of continuous shutdown. Recently, it maintains around 330 employees. BOHEMIA Glassworks located in Poděbrady continues the legacy of bohemian crystal. This tradition dates back to the early 18th century and has influenced the entire world's glass industry over time.
